Join us for an exclusive pre-opening dinner event at the Magical Chalet Au Lac in the Baur Au Lac Park.

You get to enjoy the cozy ambiance and culinary delights inspired by a traditional Swiss mountain rustic-chic chalet at Lake Zurich. Indulge in typical Swiss specialities paired with fine European wines and the best company!

This year our Dj Coco Loco will be at the Chalet playing his best tunes. Be ready to dance!

Starters:

Nusslisalat Mimosa

Swiss Meat plate, farmhouse bread with butter.

Main:

Cheese Fondue (Cheese)

Züricher Geschnätzeltes (Veal)

Planted Chicken Zurich Style and basmati rice (Vegan)

Dessert:

Baur Au Lac Apple Tart with vanilla ice cream

Vegan Chocolate Mousse Classic 1844

Water and coffee are included in the menu price.

Please choose your main dish & dessert at the moment of the booking or send me an email with your selection (CHEESE, VEAL OR VEGAN)

Please note that you may be sitting at the same table with other guests.

If you want to seat with somebody, please let me know at least 48 hours before the event starts. Last minute table arrangements are not possible.

I kindly ask you to be there on time. The dinner party will end at midnight.
