6.30 pm: Welcome drink

7.00 pm: Dinner time! A three-course meal menu (details of the Menu down below)

9.30pm to midnight: Dance and enjoy DJ Candela best hits!

Appetizer:
Summer salad, goat cheese, balsamic vinaigrette (no cheese for vegans)

Main:
Sea bass on ratatouille, gazpacho (FISH)
Or
Aubergine agnolotti, chanterelles (VEGAN)
Or
Tenderloin, wild broccoli, smashed potatoes with truffle (BEEF)

Dessert: Baur au Lac Lemon Tart with sour cream sorbet.

VERY IMPORTANT

Please choose your main dish at the moment of the booking or send me an email with your selection (FISH, VEGAN OR BEEF)

Please note that you may be sitting at the same table with other guests. If you want to seat with somebody, please let me know at least 48 hours before the event starts.

Last minute table arrangements are not possible.

I kindly ask you to be there on time. The dinner party will end at midnight.
