Join us for an exclusive pre-opening dinner event at the Magical Chalet Au Lac in the Baur Au Lac Park.

Before anyone else! The Chalet Au Lac is opening its doors exclusively for us!

You get to enjoy the cozy ambiance and culinary delights inspired by a traditional Swiss mountain rustic-chic chalet at Lake Zurich. Indulge in typical Swiss specialities paired with fine European wines and the best company.

Dj Candela will be at the Chalet playing his best tunes.An exceptional dinner party that you won’t forget!

Starters:

Nusslisalat Mimosa

and

Swiss Meat plate, farmhouse bread with butter.

Main:

Cheese Fondue (Baur au Lac Fondue with Freiburger Vacherin & Greyezer (à discrétion)

and

Fondue Chinoise ( mix of premium meats and veggies )

Dessert:

Baur Au Lac Chocolate Mousse Classic 1844

Water and coffee are included in the menu price.

VERY IMPORTANT

The Main course will be Cheese Fondue and Fondue Chinoise for all the guests. You have the chance to enjoy both dishes :)

Please note that you may be sitting at the same table with other guests. If you want to seat with somebody, please let me know at least 48 hours before the event starts. Last minute table arrangements are not possible.
