Raspberry Tiramisu

Ingredients (for 8 servings):

  • 100g ladyfingers
  • A bit strawberry liqueur
  • 250g raspberries
  • 2 tbsp. powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 250g mascarpone
  • 150g curd cheese (Quark)
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla sugar
  • 1,5 dl cream


  • Arrange the ladyfingers in a flat bowl. Pour a bit strawberry liqueur over the ladyfingers.
  • Blend the raspberries, the powdered sugar and the lemon juice. Spread this mixture on the ladyfingers.
  • Blend the mascarpone, the curd cheese, the sugar and the vanilla sugar in a bowl.
  • Whip the cream and carefully mix it with the mascarpone mixture. Spread this mixture on the raspberries.
  • Refrigerate the tiramisu for at least 2 hours.
  • Spread chocolate powder on top before serving.
  • Enjoy!
