Chocolate fudge

  • 2 cups of white sugar
  • 1/2 cup of cocoa
  • 4 tbsp. of butter
  • 1 cup of milk
  • In this recipe you can add whatever you want from chili to cardamom to nuts and so on


  • Boil milk with sugar and cocoa, then simmer till it reaches 110 degrees Celsius
  • Put in the butter
  • Add any additional ingredients, if desired
  • Pour it on a tray and let it cool over night
  • Make shapes of the fudge and be creative
  • Enjoy!
